BuyAUP is an app for PayPlans which allow you to sell Alpha User points with subscriptions.

PayPlans is a highly flexible Subscription system which allows you to attach apps to each subscription enabling you to deeply integrate subscriptions into your Joomla based website. PayPlans is simple to use and flexible to a degree never before achieved (in our opinion)

Simply install the app like a typical plugin, attach it to the subscription(s) of your choice and configure each instance to give the amount of Alpha User Points you would like to sell, when a customer purchases a subscription with this app attached they will receive the amount of karma points which have been configured for the plan.

NOTE! AlphaUser Points 1.7.2, now requires a rule to be puvlished in order to add points.
in AUP simply create a new rule, the following configurations must be set for it to work properly
Category=anything you want
Rule name=anything you want
Description=anything you want
Plugin Type=anything you want
Unique function name must be: plgaup_payplans_buyaup
User Level=anything you want
Point= leave blank
fixed points option must be set to: no
percentage option must be set to: no
expires=anything you want
published=Yes
auto approved=anything you want
Method can be anything you want, we recommend setting it to whenever
Please note that manually adding plans to a user from the back end will not work properly for setting points, they are only added when a user actually buys a plan from the front end. The reason for this is AUP's API pulls the logged in user for who to apply the points to, if you add a plan in JPayPlans on the backend then AUP will simply add the points to you rather than the user you are manually activating, we are working on a fix for this but it may require a change in AUP
