We believe that when you pay for something you should get what you pay for. In order to be a good company for our customers we place a responsibility on ourselves to deliver a quality product which you can be proud to invest in as well as a promise with some meaning behind it.

We've set up our payment options so that if you simply want a product to meet an immediate need and have no interest in the future development of that product you can purchase it at it's current value in relation to it's development.

However if you would like to see more features, updates, fixes and functionality then we've accounted for the development cost, added in a nice discount and provided two options: 6 months and 12 months. This also allows you to shape the development of a particular product. Having a programmer make you something custom can cost you as much as $250 per hour our plans enable you to get updates and features added by simply paying for updates and suggesting features.

Bugs and conflicts are bound to happen, thats just the nature of development and programming. We want to make sure you are happy with our products and do not want to have to charge you in order to fix something that should work right in your particular situation, so all of our products come with lifetime support ( their lifetime not yours )  What that means is that if you buy a product from our site and there is a conflict with your server, or software we will help you make it work as long its related to our product and it's intended use.

As for the lifetime definition this means that as long as the product is in demand and in development, being distributed by us and can still be used with current technology and software we will support it. If however there is no demand and no funding then development will cease for that product and it will only be supported for the last version of software for which it was designed. 

If our product has been rendered useless by the language it's written in, the platform it's written for or the API it needs to work, then obviously we wont be able to do much. But rest assured as long as we are around and our products have a place they will work with your system or we will make them work if we can.


Finally, please note that no matter what plan you have or even if it has expired, major security problems and bug fixes will be made available to you at no cost. (in relation to the features of your product).
